The FedCom legal code (collectively named the "Codex Leges") is a bare-minimum set of documents that define acceptable behavior and protect the rights of our citizens. Since FedCom culture advocates the maximum possible degree of freedom and responsibility for individual citizens, the legal code is unusually short (when compared to other nations).
 Code of Malatora
This is FedCom's moral code, against which no law or action can violate. This is the highest law of the land: greater than any government decree or mandate. It is not uncommon for a Malatoran to quote from this code with they are making a point in an argument.
